BestPriceHK does not require an account, collect payment details, or include advertising trackers in the application.

When you search

Your search terms are sent to our server and then to Wellcome and HKTVmall to retrieve listings. Search results are cached in temporary server memory and can be reused for up to five minutes. Please search for products without including personal information.

Links and browser history

Your current search and selected interface language are included in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a search. Someone you share that link with can see the search term.

Your shopping list

Items you save without signing in stay in this browser’s local storage. They include the product name, search term and, when available, the retailer’s image address. Remove items in My list, or clear this site’s browser data to remove the whole local list. Prices are looked up again when you select a saved item; the list does not store historical prices.

Technical information

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information to deliver and secure the service. The application temporarily uses an IP address to limit excessive search requests. Hosting access logs may include page addresses, IP addresses and request times; their retention is controlled by the hosting configuration.

Retailer websites and images

Product images load from retailer image servers, which receive normal browser request information. Following a store link takes you to that retailer’s website, where its privacy practices apply.
